Features

Maximized Mobility and Fit

• Elastic waistband with easy-to-remove/replace feature
• Diamond gusset in the crotch
• Elastic cord adjustable knee height / leg length

• Hook-and-loop-adjustable cuffs and calves

Made from mechanically stretchable fabric – these won't restrict movement even during intense activities. Additionally, versatile adjustment options ensure a great fit for individuals of different sizes. The waist can be adjusted with an internal (and completely detachable) hook-and-loop-fastened elastic band. Knee height and pant length can be shortened using the elastic cords found inside the pant legs. Calves and cuffs can be tightened securely with hook-and-loop straps.

Durable and Reinforced

• Knee reinforcements with pad pockets (we recommend CPE knee pad inserts)
• Ankle and instep reinforcements

A crotch gusset improves mobility and reduces stress on the crotch seam. Knees are reinforced with Cordura patches sewn into a pouch-like shape where pad inserts, such as CPE knee pad inserts, can be added. Cordura reinforcements are also on the inner ankle and cuff.

Eight Pockets

• Two side slash pockets
• Two cargo pockets with hook-and-loop and button closure
• Two front thigh pockets with hook-and-loop closure
• Two calf pockets with hook-and-loop closure

Plenty of pockets: in addition to regular open side pockets, the L4 Combat Pants feature two pleated thigh pockets (when empty, these sit close to the body in a low-profile manner, when full, they expand to their full glory) that can be closed with a button and/or hook-and-loop, depending on your preference. Additionally, there are small pleated gear pockets on the front thighs and ankles, perfect for storing items like a couple of dip cans or the common variety of emergency bandages and tourniquets.

There are also suspender loops and 50 mm belt loops on the waist, with hanging loops at the bottom ends for accessories such as GrimLocs.

There are now suspender loops on the waist. The waist is also a bit lower than before.

L4 – Field Wear

The fourth layer of our clothing system could be regarded as "standard camouflage dress". L4 clothing offers protection against the outside world through camouflage and abrasion resistance. These garments are designed for minimal thermal load for effective layering. Camouflage prints and visible accessories are 100% NIR compliant.
